1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you provide the required details and confirm your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. You will pay for your order when it is delivered to your address.

3. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are determined based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. The total amount includes both the product price and shipping charges.

4. What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 10 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Currently, we do not provide real-time tracking. However, you will receive an email update once your order is confirmed and shipped.

We collect your first name, last name, email, phone number, and address (street, city, country) to process and ship your orders.

Your information is used only for processing and shipping your orders. We do not share your details with third parties except for shipping purposes.
